Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating rooms, watching together, video calling and chat are free. Your shared memories wall stays free for 10 days — you can extend it for a small fee if you want to keep it longer.
Do I need an app or account?
No. Everything runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. No downloads, no sign-up — just open the link. You can add it to your home screen if you like.
What can we watch together?
YouTube and Vimeo videos, your own video files and photos straight from your phone or computer. Playback stays in sync for everyone: when one pauses, everyone pauses.
Is it private?
Your room only exists for people who have the link, and the host can add a password. Video and audio go directly between you, end-to-end encrypted — they never touch our servers.
How many people can join?
Up to 8 people in one room — perfect for a family evening or a movie night with friends across the world.
Video and audio are end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer. Chat is relayed by the server and may be moderated.
